Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mood Manager to join our team. As the Mood Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our receptions and conference space. You will be the person welcoming all of us to work, greet new visitors, and support the daily needs of our conference guests by managing our shared conference center, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Engagement:

• Welcome all visitors, employees and members, making them feel at home.
• Introduce new visitors to the building’s architecture and our dynamic community.
• Ensure visitors find their way and are directed to the right company, meeting, or event.

Conference Center Hosting:

• Host our event organizers and their guests, ensuring rooms are set up and technology functions smoothly.
• Provide refreshments such as coffee, tea, water, and catering at appropriate times.
• Maintain a tidy and organized conference environment.
• Make sure all of our conference rooms are on point. 

First Impressions and Relationship Building:

• Serve as the first point of contact for our building, creating positive relationships with the people working here and all of our visitors.
• Represent The Park and Forskaren proudly, showcasing our space and community to all visitors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality and reception services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a flow of people.
• Calm and composed demeanor also in stressful situations.
• Passion for creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere and a passion for service.
• Pride in representing a high-quality space and community.
• Be able to be flexible and adaptable to the workflow.

Desireable qualifications: 

• Experience in conference and conference host 
• Experience in event/conference planning
